We aim to cater for the needs of all of our guests. The following is a summary of our provision. Please ask if you require any additional information, we are more than happy to help.

• The entrance hall and stairways are all fully carpeted.
• Due to the design and age of the building we DO NOT have a lift facility.
• We have one guest room on the ground floor. This has a door way width of 55cm.
• Our other rooms are located from 1st to 3rd floors. There are 18 steps to the first floor, 36 steps to the 2nd and 51 steps to the third.
• We can assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure.

• All rooms have full en-suite facilities.
• All en-suites have a step-in shower with glass sliding doors. The smallest cubicle is 80cm square.
• Non-slip shower mats and removable grab handles can be supplied if required. Please ask.

We have a fire alarm system. Emergency instructions are on display in every guest room near to the door. We have door handle signs for guests to display if they require extra assistance due to hearing in the event of a fire. If you require more assistance in the event of an evacuation, please notify us upon arrival.

• All rooms are individually heated and controlled by thermostatic controls on all radiators.
• Phoenix Court is a non-smoking building.
• Pets are not accepted due to catering with guests with allergies. Assistance dogs are an exception to this and can be accommodated in our ground floor room.
